Clinical Consultant Role

As a Clinical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and support of our innovative medical technologies across your region.

  • You will deliver expert clinical and technical support for our devices during procedures, ensuring seamless execution and optimal outcomes.
  • Additionally, you will provide education, training, and continuous support for hospital staff to enhance their proficiency and confidence in utilizing our products.
  • Collaborating with Territory Managers, you will drive account growth by fostering key relationships and providing strategic support.
  • Key to your success will be establishing strong clinical relationships, leveraging your expertise to educate and influence stakeholders.
  • Finally, you will participate in an on-call roster for after-hours/weekend procedural support, showcasing your ability to work independently and calmly under pressure.
Key Requirements:
  • Theatre nursing, cath lab, or interventional radiology background is essential for this position.
  • Experience in clinical support or a hospital/procedural setting; medical device or healthcare experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • With a commercial mindset, you will align clinical value with business goals, demonstrating a keen understanding of how our solutions can drive business results.
  • Confident communication and educational skills are critical in this high-stakes environment, where you will effectively convey complex information to various audiences.
  • Furthermore, you must possess calmness under pressure, being solution-focused and able to work independently, often outside standard working hours.
  • Lastly, willingness to travel is a requirement, as is the flexibility to provide on-call support when needed.
