Job Overview

This role is designed to support our Salvage and Save Social Enterprise in Goolwa, South Australia. As a Workplace Supervisor, you will coach and assist supported employees with a disability to achieve daily workplace goals and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake physical demands of the role relating to salvage and save yard requirements
  • Proven ability in providing excellent interpersonal skills and respect for all stakeholders, including customers, clients, managers, and fellow team members
  • Values-driven personal accountability for role responsibilities and mentoring individuals with a Disability in the workplace
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with people with a Disability
  • Previous experience in yard processing sites or trade qualification
  • Experience using light rigid vehicles and safe operation of machinery and plant equipment
Requirements:
  • Hold a NDIS workers screening check or be willing to obtain
