Exciting Opportunity for a Rehabilitation Counsellor

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team at Star HR. As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with various schemes such as CTP, Comcare, Workers Compensation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct industry-specific assessments and services to support clients in their rehabilitation journey
  • Develop and implement effective case management strategies to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Prepare high-level written reports to document client progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the best results are obtained for all stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counsellor (with relevant registration and membership)
  • Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is desired, but not essential
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
