About the Role

The Workforce Planning Manager will become the subject matter expert for workforce planning at Tyro Payments Limited. This role will be responsible for developing and executing workforce strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels in alignment with business objectives and demand forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workforce Planning: Develop and execute workforce strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels in alignment with business objectives and demand forecasts.
  • Verint Management: Utilize Verint Workforce Management tools to handle forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring of workforce performance.
  • AWS Utilisation: Leverage AWS technologies to support data storage, processing, and analysis related to workforce management and optimisation.
  • Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods and tools to analyse performance data, predict trends, and refine forecasting models for better accuracy and efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Generate insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance operational effectiveness and workforce productivity.
  • Reporting: Create and present detailed reports on workforce metrics, performance trends, and optimisation strategies to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to integrate workforce plans with broader business goals and operational requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance workforce management processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Workforce Manager with demonstrated expertise in Verint Workforce Management solutions, AWS technologies, and statistical forecasting tools.
  • Skills: Proficient in Verint, AWS (e.g., data storage and analysis services), and statistical tools (e.g., R, Python, Excel, SQL).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a deep understanding of statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Professional leader/presenter: able to engage up to C-level executives, but also loves to spend time motivating / challenging/mentoring their team members and building credibility by rolling up their sleeves
