  • Champion adoption of advanced AI features, such as Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, AIOps, and Generative AI.
  • Architect scalable, real-world AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • Translate complex AI concepts into practical applications, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in delivering ServiceNow solutions.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary education in Computer Science or relevant experience.
  • ServiceNow Sales & Messaging Foundation Accreditation.
  • ServiceNow Accreditation in 4+ Product Line.
  • ServiceNow Certification.
  • ServiceNow Pro Suite (x3) - ITSM + HRSD + CSM.
