AI Solutions Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled expert to drive innovation within a leading organisation at the forefront of healthcare and life sciences.

This role will play a key part in shaping digital transformation through AI, with applications spanning research, patient outcomes, manufacturing, and regulatory processes.

You'll partner with R&D, clinical, and operational teams to identify automation and AI opportunities. Design, build, and deploy fit-for-purpose AI/ML solutions from predictive models to multi-agent workflows, leveraging platforms such as LangChain, Azure AI Services, Amazon Bedrock, and open-source LLMs.

Integrate solutions into operational systems via APIs, data pipelines, and event-driven workflows. Champion AI governance, security, and compliance, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.

Promote AI best practice internally, supporting capability uplift across scientific and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities
  • Design and deploy AI/ML solutions for research, patient outcomes, and manufacturing
  • Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance
  • Promote AI best practice internally

About You:

  • Degree-qualified in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years' software development experience, with strong skills in Python and modern frameworks
  • Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production, ideally within regulated or complex industries
