Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated support professional to provide high-quality care to individuals, helping them achieve their personal goals and develop their independence.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certificate III or IV in Community Services or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in disability support or a related role is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for supporting and empowering individuals.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to delivering high standards of care with empathy and respect.
