Role Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at Airwallex, you will collaborate closely with our Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your focus will be on working with partners to ensure a world-class, end-to-end customer experience.

This is a technical role that requires a robust understanding of multi-system API integrations to support our engineers in designing cutting-edge tech stacks that prioritize customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders from Engineers and Product Managers to C-level executives and internal teams to develop proof of concepts, deliver product demonstrations, and propose solutions to meet customer goals.
  • Participate in user-centered design, own the product and technology components of our end-to-end sales cycle, and ensure the successful technical delivery of our products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Contribute to our technology roadmap and provide recommendations for improving our products and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, technology, or mathematics, with experience in delivering product solutions either internally or in a consulting role.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a related position such as Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Software Engineering.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard integration patterns and development practices.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for face-to-face meetings with customers.
  • Knowledge of the payments domain/financial services is advantageous.
