About The Role

This hands-on IT support role ensures a secure, reliable technology environment across Amplitude Energy. You'll provide first-level technical assistance, maintain hardware and software systems, and contribute to continuous improvement in ICT processes and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for internal users
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware, software, and connectivity
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and account management
  • Maintain and update ICT documentation and knowledge base
  • Support routine maintenance, updates, and backups
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and ICT policies
  • Contribute to ICT asset inventory and management
  • Identify and recommend improvements to support processes

About You

A proactive and customer-focused IT professional who thrives in a dynamic support environment.

Key requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and common IT support tools
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues
  • Experience with ICT onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of ITIL or ServiceDesk Plus (desirable)
