About Talent Acquisition Coordinators
Talent Acquisition Coordinators play a pivotal role in our organisation, focusing on the continuous improvement and provision of organisational assistance to support hiring and pipelining of talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the hiring and pipelining of talent with precision and accuracy
- Contribute to sourcing, interviewing/assessment, employer branding and general administration of the talent acquisition function
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
- Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems to stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Australian Citizen with a current AGSVA clearance or the ability to obtain one for security purposes
