The Role: As the Room Leader, you will oversee and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care services.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning and programme development
  • Observation management and compliance documentation
  • Ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Developing and leading a core group of educators

Requirements:

  • Completed Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent (Recognised by ACECQA)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
  • Working with Children Check and NSW Police Check
  • Thorough knowledge of Children's Services regulation and The Early Years Learning Framework
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
