In Room Dining Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our In Room Dining team. As an In Room Dining Team Leader, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences, managing guest requests and enquiries, supporting IRD operations, and engaging with guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest interactions and ensure timely resolution of requests and enquiries
  • Support the smooth operation of IRD and activate B&F programming
  • Provide IRD and mix bar services, ensuring high standards of quality and customer service
  • Engage with guests and colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet and surrounding areas
  • Perform leadership duties and provide guidance and support to the team
  • Report maintenance concerns and ensure equipment and storerooms are clean and maintained
