Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Allied Health professional to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality clinical care services to clients in Residential Aged Care and community settings.

This role offers a unique opportunity for skilled healthcare professionals to work under the guidance of experienced Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, providing therapy services as per treatment plans developed by allied health professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating exercise groups and supporting one-on-one therapy sessions, assisting residents to and from therapy areas and setting up therapy spaces, maintaining and cleaning therapy equipment and areas, and supporting with administrative duties including referral collection and equipment orders.

Regular communication with therapists regarding client progress and treatment adjustments is also a key aspect of this role.

Additionally, the successful candidate will engage in regular supervision, mentoring, and professional development activities to ensure they remain up-to-date with industry best practices.

Requirements:
  • Cert IV in Allied Health Assistance
  • Partial or completed tertiary health degree
