About the Role:- Deliver therapy services as per treatment plans developed by Allied Health Professionals, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective client outcomes.
- Facilitate exercise groups and support one-on-one therapy sessions, fostering a positive and engaging experience for clients.
- Assist residents to and from therapy areas and set up therapy spaces, prioritizing safety and accessibility.
- Maintain and clean therapy equipment and areas, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Support with administrative duties, including referral collection and equipment orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Communicate regularly with therapists regarding client progress and treatment adjustments, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication.
