About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Analyst to join our dynamic Investment Management team at CKE Restaurants.

As an Investment Analyst, you will play a vital role in our team, participating in all aspects of investment management, including finding, executing, managing, and reporting on real estate investments.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in finance, commerce, property, or economics
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment banking, or funds management
  • Knowledge of the Australian real estate investment market
  • Experience with cash flow modeling and investment valuation methods for new development projects, core assets, and portfolios
  • Excellent numerical and financial modeling skills

This is a full-time position based in our Sydney HQ office, requiring on-site work from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. We offer flexible work options, such as starting or finishing early or working from home occasionally, subject to approval from your manager.
