**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee our portfolio of retail stores and hotels in Western Australia and South Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all property-related matters, including leasing, maintenance, and renovations. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that properties are well-maintained and aligned with business objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned property professional to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the WA/SA property portfolio
  • Negotiate commercial outcomes that benefit the business
  • Maintain and grow key relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
  • Accurately report on key performance criteria and market conditions

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience and knowledge of the property market (2+ years)
  • A track record of successfully managing large property portfolios
  • Business planning and financial skills, including budget development and resource management
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Exposure to retail property management
  • Knowledge of the property market, including issues affecting landlords and tenants
  • Commercial astuteness and ability to identify opportunities with financial viability
  • Ability to present proposals in a clear, written and oral form, with sound economic justification
  • Establish and grow strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive and positive attitude, challenging self and others to improve
