About the Role

Our client is a leading Australian investment group that drives innovation and sustainability through its high-quality portfolio of real estate investments and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk analysis and prepare strategic asset plans to ensure profitable performance aligned with the portfolio strategy.
  • Establish relationships with tenants and external real estate partners to build a strong network.
  • Develop annual capital works/maintenance schedules and cash flow for all assets under management.
  • Manage delivery of capital improvements to all assets under management, ensuring timely execution.
  • Monitor markets for potential new acquisitions and stay informed about current market rentals.
  • Assist with due diligence on potential acquisitions and future leasing opportunities.
  • Manage consultant partner relationships and communications plans.
  • Prepare monthly reporting on the portfolio, identifying key risks, strategies, and benchmarking asset performance.
  • Manage operating expenditure and CAPEX budgets, reporting project performance regularly.

About You

We seek a degree-qualified individual in property/finance or a related field with five years' experience in asset, portfolio, and property management across multiple commercial asset classes. As an excellent communicator, you possess outstanding presentation skills, strong organisational abilities, and advanced computer skills. This integral role suits confident, efficient team players who are self-motivated, focused, and skilled at people management.
