Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Service Engineer. This position requires someone with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial/marine engines, as well as strong technical skills and a positive attitude towards job completion and teamwork.


The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, and be fluent in written and spoken English. They will also be willing and available for travel up to 80% of the time.


Responsibilities:
  • Complete compliance with safety regulations and company practices.
  • Timely reporting of near misses and regular review of lessons learnt distributions.
  • Lead teams or work independently on installation, commissioning, overhaul, and maintenance of engines and related products.
  • Ensure accurate measurements, reporting, and completion of supporting documentation for service work reports.
  • Meet personal targets set during development discussions.
  • Liaise closely with Service Coordinators and Field Service Managers to ensure work scopes are kept within specified delivery schedules.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial/marine engines.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Positive attitude towards job completion and teamwork.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
