Financial Reporting Manager

The role requires a seasoned Senior Accountant and Team Leader to lead the reporting team, coordinate financial reporting processes, and deliver accurate financial statements for various entities in a timely manner.

This individual will liaise with business and group finance teams to provide advice and support to ensure strong financial control is maintained.

  • Lead a team to deliver accurate and timely completion of financial statements.
  • Review financial statements of employee / executive share plans.
  • Oversee the groups financial and regulatory reporting delivery.
  • Support the Financial Reporting team to deliver on the businesses strategic growth plans.

Key qualifications include degree qualification in accounting, commerce or similar, and CA or CPA professional membership. The ideal candidate boasts many years of experience working in a technical financial reporting role and possesses excellent communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is highly organised and driven to deliver quality standard of work.

Responsibilities also involve collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Furthermore, this role necessitates effective leadership and team management skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
