Job Title

Group Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for leading a team and overseeing technical accounting.

  • This role requires a strong understanding of financial accounting policies, tax legislation and Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards.
About the Role

The Group Financial Reporting Manager will lead a team in completing month-end processes including general accounting reports, reconciliation processes and treasury accounting. They will also manage the development and implementation of financial accounting policies.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in a finance related discipline or a master's degree in taxation.
  • Certified Practising Accountant or Chartered Accountant qualification.
  • At least 7 years' experience in either a professional services firm or a large corporate, specialising in technical accounting or tax compliance and advisory.
  • Leadership skills to drive improvement and have a positive impact on team morale.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence.
