About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, deploy, and maintain NICE's production systems, virtualization, SAN, Public Cloud, and other supporting environments.
  • Lead projects across multiple groups, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Manage and deploy Windows Domain and Active Directory environment, deploy servers, and set up and maintain server system and file security.
  • Monitor and optimize performance of servers, manage virtualization environments, and maintain documentation of Environment and Processes.
  • Work with vendors to troubleshoot problems and RMA parts as needed, and manage and deploy Linux server installations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience leading projects and delivering solutions through completion, with a strong track record of success.
  • 2+ years working in a Public Cloud environment, with expertise in managing and deploying Windows OS Servers, Windows domains, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and IIS.
  • 3+ years performing and managing OS patching, installing/configuring server hardware and OS, and managing physical storage and SAN.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team of IT professionals.
  • Good attention to detail, with the ability to make good, timely decisions, and a positive attitude.
