About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated individuals to join our team as a Resident Environment Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all areas within the residence, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

They will be expected to adhere to strict chemical and infection control requirements, accreditation standards, and maintain resident privacy and dignity at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with minimal supervision, and thrive in a team environment.

About You
  • You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents
  • You demonstrate a high level of kindness and respect for residents' property and privacy
  • You have previous experience cleaning in a large organisation or commercial environment
  • You have sound knowledge of OH&S procedures, relevant chemicals, and safe work practices
  • You understand infection control procedures
  • You are able to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision as required and as part of a team
  • You thrive in a team and appreciate one-to-one interactions

  • You hold a Current Working With Children Check card
  • You hold current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
  • You possess Australian working rights
  • You are able to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
