Cell Culture Specialist

Leverage your expertise and skills in flow cytometry to deliver high-quality services in a dynamic team environment.
Job Responsibilities- Execute flow cytometry tests using various techniques and instruments according to standard operating procedures;
- Establish and maintain cell cultures with attention to detail and quality control;
- Manage reagent inventories and orders with efficiency and organization;
- Participate in writing and/or reviewing SOPs and worksheets with a focus on clarity and accuracy;
- Contribute to the technical management of the laboratory with a collaborative approach;
- Perform work in accordance with internal quality standards and apply relevant Quality System procedures with diligence;
- Participate in relevant internal training activities with a commitment to continuous learning;
- A minimum Bachelor's degree in life sciences (biology, medical biology, biochemistry/biotechnology);
- At least one year of experience in flow cytometry with a proven track record;
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Adaptability and flexibility in scheduling with a willingness to work variable shifts;
- The ability to work in a High-Quality Environment (ISO 17025, GCLP, GMP) and apply good documentation procedures (GDP).
