Key Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Spray Painter. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of expertise in colour matching, paintwork preparation, and vehicle finishing.



Job Requirements:
  • Mix and match vehicle colours after preparation, ensuring accurate colour matching.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive colour library.
  • Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles according to job requirements, adhering to industry standards.
  • Buff and denib vehicles to a high standard.
  • Handle vehicles with care and attention.
  • Notate any additional paintwork required beyond initial quotes.
  • Report old damage or poor previous repairs to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Coach apprentices when required.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold trade qualification in Spray Painting.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a qualified Spray Painter.
  • Be committed to working safely and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Possess high attention to detail and be able to work effectively with the team.
  • Meet strict deadlines and be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Bring own tools necessary to fulfill the role.
