Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned corporate finance professional to grow their career by working with our advisory partners.

  • Manage and supervise a team, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources for development.
  • Advise directors on corporate advisory transactions and build relationships with referral sources.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to directors on various corporate advisory transactions including valuations, financial modeling, M&A, IPOs, financial due diligence, and equity capital raisings.
  • Contribute to a collaborative work environment that fosters open communication, learning, and development to support career growth.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a chartered firm, with at least 4 years in corporate advisory (due diligence, valuation, IERs, financial modeling, buy or sell-side advisory).
  • Postgraduate qualification (e.g., CA program).
  • Strong understanding of technical issues, including changes to legislation, valuations, and accounting standards.
  • Advanced research skills using S&P Capital IQ, IBIS World, and SAI Global.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and strong oral and written communication.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
