Property Development Leader

You'll lead property activities and strategy for major capital works. Identify and select sites for new hospitals and ambulance stations, secure land, and negotiate agreements to deliver projects that transform healthcare.
Manage a team of specialists and work closely with capital project teams and partners to acquire land, secure site access, and establish agreements for all projects delivered through the capital works program. Provide strategic and operational property advice and report on property risks, opportunities, and activities across NSW.

You are an accomplished property professional with extensive experience in property development and government land acquisition. A confident leader, you know how to manage and motivate teams to deliver outstanding results.
Your strengths include exceptional communication, strong negotiation skills, and self-awareness. We are looking for a highly effective team leader and project manager who can drive high performance and deliver results.
