Project Cost Planner

We are seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects, as well as knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed project estimates, taking into account materials, labor, and equipment costs.
- Analyze indirect and overhead costs, ensuring they are accurately reflected in the estimate.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure project deliverables are met.
- Develop and maintain competitive pricing schedules, integrating WHS, Community, and environmental factors.
- Support benchmarking and cost analysis functions as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an estimator in the construction field, with demonstrable experience in regulated industries desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to negotiate and prioritize work effectively.
- Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in estimating and measurement software.
