Senior Cleaning Services Manager

Clean and maintain multiple Bunnings Warehouse sites, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness and adherence to OH&S compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and onboard new team members in day-to-day operations and OH&S protocols.
- Liaise with Bunnings Store Managers and key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor and manage uniform, chemical, and equipment inventory to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Utilize knowledge of cleaning contract management and rostering to drive productivity and achieve service level KPIs.
- Minimum 3 years' supervising experience with multiple site management.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and technology.
- Proven high level of customer service and management skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters.
