Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage and deliver cleaning services across multiple sites in the Sydney South region.

Your role will be focused on ensuring that all services are delivered safely, efficiently and to 100% of specifications and compliance. You will also be responsible for managing and leading a team of diverse individuals, developing and implementing work schedules, assigning and monitoring work, implementing productivity standards, resolving operational challenges and maintaining reference manuals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Multi-site management and leadership of a service delivery team.
  • Developing and implementing work schedules, assigning and monitoring work.
  • Implementing productivity standards, resolving operational challenges.
  • Maintaining reference manuals and implementing new procedures.
  • Ensuring all services are delivered safely, efficiently and to 100% of specifications and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 3 years' plus of supervision experience in customer service industry.
  • Certificate IV Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations Management) - desirable.
  • Proven high level of customer service and management skills across diverse teams.
  • Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters.
  • Ability to work independently and liaise with senior management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate IT skills re Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Experience and knowledge of cleaning standards, practices and procedures.
  • Full drivers license.
