Director Corporate Services Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director Corporate Services to lead our corporate functions and drive strategic partnerships.

About the Role
  • This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic oversight and leadership across finance, property & leasing, procurement and contract management.
  • The successful candidate will oversee financial management, budgeting and long-term planning in line with legislative and statutory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial management, budgeting and long-term planning in line with legislative and statutory obligations.
  • Oversee procurement, contract management, finance, property & leasing and compliance functions, ensuring robust processes and outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice to the CEO and Executive Team on matters relating to finance, governance and risk management.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with community, Council, State and Federal agencies to achieve organisational goals.
Requirements
  • CA or CPA qualification with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in procurement, contract management, legal interpretation, financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong financial acumen experience at senior executive level with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead change, manage complexity and influence at Board/Council level.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
