About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on Level 5 Medical Ward B at Mercy Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient-focused care, utilizing a holistic approach to meet the unique needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive and flexible service to patients, families, and carers, while working within your scope of practice and upholding a high level of professionalism.
- Act as a role model and practice within the core values of Mercy Health.
- Form an integral part of the multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Authority, Division 1 registered nurse and a current practicing certificate.
- Successful completion of a Graduate Nurse Program.
- 3 – 4 years recent acute medical nursing experience in the Australian healthcare setting.
- Current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination, and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
