**Electrical Supervisor Job Opportunity**

As an experienced Electrical Supervisor, you will lead a team of electricians and apprentices with exposure to multiple disciplines throughout the electrical trade. Your responsibilities will include leading installations, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial control systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Commercial and Industrial installations including complex PLCs and motor controls.
  • Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Industrial Control Systems including:
    • PLCs and Motor Controls.
    • Robotics for enhanced efficiency.
  • Providing exceptional service and support for our industrial and commercial customers.

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualification with significant experience in supervisory roles.
  • Leadership and Management skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • A current NSW Driving Licence and Current WHS white card.
  • Ability to interpret electrical and controls schematics effectively.
  • Good knowledge of AS3000 with extensive expertise in all facets of electrical work and a firm commitment to safe work practices.
  • Ability to liaise with builders, foremen and project managers during contract works efficiently.
  • Adaptability in a constantly changing work environment with excellent time management skills.
  • Takes pride in their work and strives for high standards.
  • Willingness to train and mentor apprentices with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to provide budgets and estimates for installations, interval servicing and shutdown works accurately.
  • Skilled in managing project timelines, budgets and quality metrics effectively.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to ensure business and client expectations are met.
  • Produces Bill of Materials based on system specifications and requirements. Assists procurement teams with material orders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Elevated Work Platform Licence.
  • HRW Forklift Licence.
  • Confined Space Training.
  • Emergency First Aid / CPR Certification.
  • Working at Heights Training.
  • Low Voltage Release and Rescue Training.
  • Industrial or PLC experience.
