Electrical Network Leadership Opportunity

Experienced leaders are sought to drive day-to-day activities, implement improvements and provide operational direction for our electrical network services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams, managing resources and improving service delivery. They will be able to work closely with stakeholders to deliver fault works, scope definition, materials management and identification of areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Manage the allocation of tasks to team members, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve shared objectives and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in an electrical distribution environment.
  • Qualification or equivalent experience in an electrical trade.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a team leader or workgroup leader role.
  • Previous experience in construction, maintenance and technically related activities related to the electrical network.
  • Experience in leading key service delivery functions in the energy industry.
