Office Management Specialist

The Director of Operations will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing office team. They will work directly with clients to manage projects, schedules, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction contracts and be able to coordinate project consultants effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead the office team
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs
- Coordinate project consultants to ensure successful project outcomes
- Maintain accurate schedules and budgets
- Degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in design
- Architectural registration and LEED AP preferred but not required
- Proficient understanding of specifications
- Well-rounded experience in all phases of design
- Proficiency in Revit software a plus
- Knowledge of construction contracts and building codes
- Understanding of engineering disciplines
