This dynamic role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and presentation.
The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, able to inspire their team and work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily floor operations for efficient, high-quality service.
- Work collaboratively with management to achieve operational and service goals.
- Become knowledgeable about our offerings to confidently promote them to guests.
- Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues to deliver consistent quality and presentation.
- Supervise, train, and support staff to perform at their best.
- At least 12 months of supervisory experience in hospitality.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel environment.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
- Strong self-motivation and confidence to lead a team.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management (desired).
