Drive innovation and growth in the media industry by becoming a Media Strategy Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and creative solutions to client briefs, working collaboratively across teams to drive business value for clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, including ownership of day-to-day communication and project management of communications plans
  • Develop and execute media planning strategies to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better ways of working
  • Lead and motivate internal teams to produce best-in-class work, ensuring timely delivery of accurate plan details and updates to clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to strong process management with Planning & Buying

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with media planning and buying, with demonstrated ATL media planning and buying skillset
  • Proficiency in SMD/Spectra, TV Buying, Move, eTAM, and eRAM
  • Able to multitask and 'multi-hat' across various areas of the Client servicing and team leadership
  • Demonstrated success in improving process management and contributing to strong Planning & Buying processes
  • Passionate about building relationships with all stakeholders internal and external
