As a Digital Performance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital briefs, ensuring they are efficiently allocated to the appropriate teams and partners for planning and execution.
  • Drive digital growth, enhance operational efficiency, and increase product adoption across Australia, New Zealand, and Epsilon.
  • Consolidate digital responses and deliver APEX-aligned proposals with insights and a strategic approach.
  • Manage and oversee the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals, internal opportunities, and campaign KPIs.

About the Role:

  • This is a mid-senior level position within our team, requiring a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives and champion APEX's products and services.
  • This role demands a confident presenter with a proven track record of achieving business targets and addressing digital landscape challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in digital media, programmatic solutions, or client management roles.
  • Strong track record of success in developing and executing digital strategies, delivering against targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Expertise in platform on DV360 and/or The Trade Desk.
  • Good understanding of how to plan and buy social.
