About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Designer to join our team behind the Xero Accounting App. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobile accounting.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of beautiful, enabling, and meaningful experiences that solve genuine customer problems.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across design, product, and engineering to drive high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop phased design solutions that bridge the gap between current patterns and future state designs.
  • Design for accessibility and create detailed interactions and interfaces.
  • Influence and challenge other designers to deliver fantastic product experiences.
Requirements
  • A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality outcomes contributing to business value.
  • Strong UI skills and experience designing native mobile experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and storytelling ability.
  • A strong desire to share design thinking and collaborate with others.
