Job Title: Senior Product Designer LeadJoin a community of innovators to lead and mentor product design teams in creating customer-centric experiences. Drive impactful outcomes by using design thinking methods informed by user empathy, data, and testing.About the Role:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute compelling product visions.
  • Pioneer new approaches to drive growth and improvement through experimentation and learning.
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to use quantitative data to inform product decisions.
Key Qualifications:
  1. Demonstrated experience guiding product teams to impactful outcomes, using design thinking methods informed by user empathy, data, and challenged through testing and iteration.
  2. 5-7+ years of professional Product Design experience, ideally with exposure to product-led growth contexts.
  3. Evidence of strong storytelling capability; creating a compelling narrative through solid arguments backed by data.
  4. A desire to learn mindset; we favor moving and learning over pristine perfection.
  5. You consider yourself a T-Shape designer, with a keen instinct in identifying a balanced trade-off between process and getting stuff done, without trading off quality.
  6. An ability to execute end-to-end, from discovery all the way through to documented design files.
  7. Demonstrated love of an open iterative design process – constantly sketching, showing work in progress, validating with customers and data, iterating, shipping, learning, growing, and shipping customer value some more.
  8. Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills: You can demonstrate the ability to work across multiple teams, solicit and synthesise feedback, and facilitate design discussions.
  9. Experience with strategies for utilising data to inform awesome digital experiences.
  10. Experience working on an agile team.
  11. Strong evaluative user testing chops.

  • Experience using behavioral economics and psychology perspectives to achieve established customer and business outcomes.
  • Experience driving exploratory research.
  • Motion design and prototyping experience, you're able to leverage tools such as ProtoPie and after effects to create high-fidelity prototypes and compelling animations that distill complex concepts into simple and delightful experiences.
