About the Role

With a direct reporting line to the Team Leader: Scholarships, Graduations and Records, you will interact with stakeholders across all areas of the University, external suppliers and senior University staff in organising and running graduation ceremonies. You will be involved in planning and executing large-scale public facing events as well as managing the timelines and providing direction and support to a team of Advisors on the process for generating academic transcripts.

The position also supports the Business Analyst: Graduations and Records in documenting and testing enhancements and upgrades to the student system.

The Student and Academic Services (SAS) Unit provides senior leadership, guidance and services which enable the University to maximise the success and experience of all UniSA students. Acting as a key partner and facilitator with academic units, and working collaboratively with other central units, SAS is responsible for the development and maintenance of student facing services, policy, information systems and procedural frameworks. The Unit coordinates and provides quality assurance for a number of University functions including student support, admissions, enrolments, research candidature, examinations, graduations, student finance and scholarships.
