Job Overview

The primary role of the Strata Manager is to oversee the day-to-day management of strata titled properties, encompassing the coordination of maintenance, budget management, and effective communication between property owners, tenants, and external contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage strata titled properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations, working in conjunction with external contractors as necessary.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between property owners, tenants, and contractors, guaranteeing a smooth operation of the community.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key issues and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strata Managing Agents License - Class 1 or Class 2
  • Certifications in Strata Management or related qualifications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
  • Experience in property management, strata management, or a related field
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite and strata management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
