Job Description\

Drive transformative change across our operations by spearheading Continuous Improvement initiatives, focusing on Lean principles in manufacturing. Collaborate closely with production teams to understand core processes and embed an improvement mindset.

Work with them to identify and address areas of inefficiency, enhancing performance and process outcomes through data-driven insights and collaborative efforts.

Improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support the introduction of new products and services.

\Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • \
  • Degree in Business/Management or Engineering/Technology; ideally with further study in CI-related areas.\
  • 3+ years' experience in implementing successful Continuous Improvement projects, demonstrating ROI within a manufacturing environment.\
  • Highly developed analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and issues.\
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, working across diverse and geographically dispersed stakeholder groups.\
  • Effective communication and influencing skills.\
  • A strong track record of delivering results-oriented improvements.\
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships.\
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.\
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.\
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.\
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results under pressure.\
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.\
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high standards in all aspects of work.\
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\
  • Ability to work from home 20% of the time.\
