Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Risk Coordinator to support our retail division by enhancing safety, reducing shrinkage and embedding a culture of compliance across our stores and logistics network.

This is a permanent full-time position based at our office.

You will work closely with Store and Area Managers, conduct risk assessments, respond to incidents and lead initiatives that minimize operational risk and financial loss.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Loss Prevention & Investigation: Monitor store operations and identify fraud, shrinkage or stock discrepancies. Conduct investigations and assist with follow-up actions to reduce financial loss.
  • Incident & Risk Response: Coordinate responses to operational and security-related incidents, including suspected theft, fraud or property damage.
  • Operational Risk Support: Support store teams to identify and manage operational risks across stock handling, processes and customer interactions.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Conduct compliance checks and audits to ensure policies, procedures and retail regulations are being met.
