Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Educator to join our team as a Clinical Development Coordinator at Norwest Private Hospital. As a key member of our education team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing education programs that promote quality clinical outcomes and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement education programs for clinical and support services staff
  • Coordinate the hospital education team and student programs
  • Work closely with the Director of Nursing to plan and deliver education and training programs
  • Manage the learning management system and report on compliance
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of quality and safety

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Recent relevant and extensive experience in Acute Care setting
  • Recent education experience in an adult learning environment
  • Post-registration clinical and education qualification in a specialty area/education/management
  • Certificate IV- Workplace Training and Assessment
  • Demonstrated effective leadership skills, including highly developed communication, problem-solving, and people management skills
