You will manage and develop your team's talent and capabilities to achieve optimal performance.

Your key responsibilities include delivering retail operational excellence and providing an efficient work environment by coaching and leading by example.

Our Retail Managers have access to state-of-the-art training and exposure to the latest trends.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills gained within a retail store environment
  • Previous experience in operating a Free Standing Store is highly desirable
  • Experience in Sales/Goal driven environments with meeting & setting KPI benchmarks
  • Leadership and supervisory experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience working with Luxury Fragrance brands is highly desirable
