Customer Service Representative Job

This job involves providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced retail environment.

We are looking for a skilled and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing accurate product information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a product expert and provide knowledgeable advice to customers on our products and services.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring stock levels, pricing, and deliveries meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, collaborating with colleagues to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Take ownership of meeting performance targets and contribute to delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Bring previous experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments, including retail, wholesale, or trade sectors.
  • Show solid computer skills and confidence in navigating systems and email communications.
  • Possess a forklift license or be willing to obtain one.
  • Evidently demonstrate a team-oriented mindset that reflects the company values: committed, united, engaged, and straightforward.
  • Hold relevant industry knowledge in the HVAC/R or trade supply sector (though not essential).
