Job Title: Psychosocial Risk Management Lead

This is a permanent position based in Leederville, where you will be part of a close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and safety or a psychology background, with a keen interest in workplace psychosocial risks and wellbeing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and implement a sustainable system to identify and manage psychosocial risks across the organization.
  • Identify internal and external resources, key stakeholders, governance, communication plan and technologies required to undertake project implementation.
  • Facilitate an ongoing hazard and risk identification process for the organization's psychosocial risk.
  • Implement psychological risk control measures across the organization, including prioritizing initiatives and control measures, developing a psychological risk management plan, and embedding a governance structure to support mental health champions.
  • Support the continuous improvement of a psychological risk management framework.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in development, implementation and review of work health and safety, workplace mental health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • A degree qualification in Health and Safety, Psychology and/or Health-related discipline.
  • Previous experience in planning and implementing change.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
