About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Records and Information Officer to join our team at Precruitment. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our electronic document and records management system (EDRMS)
  • Provide access to accurate records for operational and strategic purposes
  • Ensure compliance with Right to Information and Information Privacy obligations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for records management
  • Train and support staff on records management best practices

Requirements

  • Experience with SharePoint and EDRMS systems
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in a local government or public sector environment
  • High-level computing skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
