We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated professional to join our team as an Assistant Concession Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the retail industry, exceptional service skills, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation. They will also possess operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer-centric culture and create a warm and meaningful in-store experience
  • Assist in achieving sales, profit, and productivity targets
  • Support the Concession Manager in managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising, and building strong relationships with stakeholders
