Vacation Experience Specialist Opportunity

At Travel + Leisure Co., we are committed to delivering exceptional vacation experiences for our guests and owners. As a Night All Rounder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort, providing excellent customer service, and exceeding our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct security patrols and inspections to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.
  2. Provide welcoming and informative services to our guests, including information on local attractions, activities, and hotel facilities.
  3. Respond to after-hours owner requests and provide assistance as needed.
  4. Perform routine cleaning and clerical tasks to maintain the resort's high standards.
  5. Operate the front desk and handle reception duties as required.

Requirements

  • Confidence in conducting security inspections and patrols.
  • Ability to recognize and resolve problems in the workplace.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and cash handling.
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day week roster, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
